GRoW Partners with MLK Community Hospital to Support Staff for Holidays

With COVID-19 cases spiking across Los Angeles, health care workers face unprecedented demands after an already challenging year.

As an expression of this gratitude, GRoW is partnering with Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital in South Los Angeles to give individual holiday gift cards to all the nursing and housekeeping staff, public safety officers, and food-service workers who directly assist COVID-19 patients. "For ten months, our healthcare workers have put their lives on the line to provide critical care for our communities," said GRoW founder Gregory Annenberg Weingarten. "As COVID cases continue to increase, we realize that these same workers are stretched to unimaginable limits. I would like to thank each and every health care professional and acknowledge their incredible sacrifice and dedication. Be safe, and happy holidays."
