East Side Riders Bike Club Kicks Off New Year with Group Ride

East Side Riders Bike Club (ESRBC) is cycling through another year with purpose. The all-volunteer grassroots organization is offering its first group bicycle ride of 2020 on February 9. ESRBC often embeds community service into these rides, encouraging participants to engage in activities such as passing out food to unhoused Los Angeles residents as the cyclists traverse the city's streets. The organization endeavors to address several needs in this South L.A. community, including more organized recreational outlets for youth, safe passage and travel routes, and resources to purchase bicycles and safety equipment.
