Italian-born artist Simon Rodia was best known for constructing a Los Angeles landmark over three decades: the Watts Towers. The Watts Towers Jazz Festival, of which GRoW is a supporter, is free to the public and features performances by musicians who have a personal connection to the vibrant South Los Angeles community.
