United in Harmony

United in Harmony was established in 1989 as a response to the growing number of children experiencing homelessness and poverty in the Los Angeles area. The organization offers a five-night camping experience each summer and a two-night camping experience each winter, hosting approximately 300 campers each session. Camp Harmony joins children with teenage and adult role models as they experience nature, explore arts, participate in sports, and engage in other enriching activities designed to inspire and empower campers. 

Camp Harmony offers these children a respite from the tensions of daily life. The camp provides a place where children can play freely and boundlessly, where children are able to discover their individuality with no limitations. Every year, children, counselors, and staff eagerly re-apply to return to Camp Harmony, forming long-lasting and dependable relationships.
