Founded in 1974 by a small group of feminists and clinicians, Westside Family Health Center (WFHC) remains focused on its mission to offer excellent, comprehensive, low-cost health care and to help patients to take an active role on their journey to wellness. After 46 years in Santa Monica, WFHC relocated to a state-of-the-art flagship site in Culver City that matches its deep commitment to the holistic patient experience and social justice through health equity.
As a safety-net provider, this nonprofit health group addresses the health needs of anyone who walks through the doors — regardless of their ability to pay — by providing high-quality care on a sliding pay scale. The clinic prides itself on the values of integrity, teamwork, quality of care, compassion, responsibility, and community. Westside Family Health Center offers a wide variety of personal and holistic services to increase the overall well-being of the communities that they serve through culturally competent and linguistically appropriate care.
